Our Story
A Family Kitchen, Now Three Counters Strong
Since 2009, David's Kosher Pizza has been folding fresh dough and pulling hot, cheesy pies for families across Delray Beach and South Florida — one slice, one simcha, one Motzei Shabbos at a time.
From the Edery Family
It started with one oven and a long line out the door.
David Edery learned to stretch dough at his grandmother's table long before he ever owned a pizzeria.
When David and his wife Leah moved to Delray Beach in 2008, they noticed something missing: a kosher dairy spot where a family could grab a real New York–style slice without driving half an hour. So in the spring of 2009, they signed a lease on a small storefront on West Atlantic Avenue, installed a single deck oven, and started baking.
Word traveled fast. The Friday-afternoon line stretched past the door, school parents started calling for lunch trays, and shuls asked David to cater their kiddushim. What began as a neighborhood counter grew into a name South Florida families trust — built on the same recipes, the same fresh mozzarella, and the same standards David started with.
Today the Ederys run three kitchens, but not much else has changed. Every pie is still made to order, every tray still leaves the kitchen hot, and David still tastes the sauce himself most mornings.

What We Stand For
The Things We Won't Cut Corners On
Fresh, Every Day
Dough made daily, mozzarella pulled fresh, sauce simmered from scratch. Nothing frozen, nothing shortcut.
Strictly Kosher
Every location is under full ORB supervision — Cholov Yisroel dairy, Pas Yisroel dough, Bishul Yisroel cooking.
Family First
We're a family business that feeds families. Highchairs, kids' slices, and a welcome for every age.
New York Roots
Thin, foldable, blistered crust the way it's meant to be — brought to South Florida and kept honest.
Part of the Community
We cater the shul events, the bar mitzvahs, and the school lunches. Your simchas are our calendar.
Honest Prices
Good kosher food shouldn't break the bank. We keep our menu fair so it stays a weekly habit, not a splurge.

Certified, Not Just Claimed
Kosher You Can Count On
Every David's Kosher Pizza location operates under the full supervision of the Orthodox Rabbinical Board of Broward County (ORB). All dairy is Cholov Yisroel, all dough is Pas Yisroel, and our cooked foods meet Bishul Yisroel standards — the same at every counter, every day.
